Before coming to NHVH in August 2004 Jo worked in film and television preparing sets and props. She also spent some time working in an arts and crafts gallery. A passionate believer in the work of Amnesty International Jo also cares greatly for the rights of both humans and animals. She also enjoys the special relationships that people form with their pets.

Interested in bushwalking, camping and travel Jo and her husband Steve are often accompanied by Neddy the Jack Russell Terrier, also known on occasion as “Naughty Neddy”!
